Beech Cottage is a delightful, 18th century grade 2 listed property situated in this pretty conservation area of Loughton, Milton Keynes and set in attractive, partly walled, award-winning gardens which have been featured in several gardening publications.

The comfortable accommodation comprises a ground floor spacious double bedded room with refreshments and Freeview television. There is an adjacent shower room for the exclusive use of guests. There is a further upstairs double-bedded room with own shower, light refreshments and Freeview television. There is wireless internet access at no extra charge.

A full English Breakfast is included with local organic produce used where possible.

There is also secure, gated off-road parking.

Prices

£45 per night single occupancy (staying one night only)

£40 per night single occupancy (staying more than one night)

£65 per night double occupancy

(Please note: I am fully booked for July 24th and also for the Silverstone Grand Prix in July.)

It is requested that guests do not smoke in the house.

A very old and venerable black cat called Micky is in residence.
